On August 21, 2017 a total eclipse will slice the US in half. It looks like, here in Charles County, we will be treated to about 82 to 84 percent of a total eclipse. Although, we can still expect a stupendous sight. For more information click here.

Port Tobacco Market Day
Come out and support two of your local authors at the Port Tobacco Market Day on Saturday May 6th, from 9am to 2pm. It will be hosted by the, Society for the Restoration of Port Tobacco, off of Chapel Point Rd., at 8430 Commerce St. Port Tobacco, MD 20677.
My book, Twilight to Son Shine, is comprised of twenty-five poems, describing my life from childhood, into depression, then how God pulled me out of the muck and mire. It’s priced at $10 and is the first of a poetry series called Thoughts into Poetry.
My publisher, Jim Brewster, will be there selling his series of children’s books also.
